    The stay was quite enjoyable, especially for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to, even surprising us with champagne and chocolates in our lovely room.     We enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay with an Exclusive Suite, perfect for our family. The staff was really good, even providing us a cozy vase for flowers without asking. Explore the local fruit stands and don't miss the short stroll to the Louvre. It's a must-do!

    Despite the many positives, there were a few hiccups. The street outside could attract a loud crowd, which disturbed sleep at night. Lastly, the heating system seemed overly warm, with little recourse beyond opening windows, less than ideal given the street noise.

    My partner and i visited paris for valentine's day, and the crest collection was so great. The charm of the room with beautiful decor and the fine view of place colette. The staff were really nice too.
